Why we built a digital closet for 2026?

We're building infrastructure for personal style:
a platform that helps you make the most of your wardrobe without buying more.

Hi, I’m Prerna Jha S — founder of CLOgnito.

I love clothes. A little too much, if I’m being honest.

I come from a background in fashion, business, and branding, so I’ve always been around clothes — how we buy them, style them, and think about them.

But honestly? This didn’t start professionally.
It started because my wardrobe and I were not on speaking terms.

In my early working days, I would exhaust my salary within days. On what? Clothes. I used Google Pay like Google was sponsoring my outfits. I’d buy pieces thinking I was buying new versions of myself.

And yet, somehow, getting dressed still felt like effort.

I’d see something on Pinterest or in a webseries, instantly go shopping for it — only to later realise I already owned something similar. Just… buried somewhere in my wardrobe.

If this sounds like you, we’re already besties.

So here’s the tea.

I got slightly fixated on solving this. Call it systems, call it structure, call it a little OCD: I just needed a better way to actually see what I own.

It started small. Just something for me and my friends.
A space where we could share outfits, plan looks, create boards for trips, and decide what to pack: without last-minute chaos.

And then it hit me; this can’t just be our problem.

So I built it.

What started as a thought in my room, staring at my own wardrobe, is now CLOgnito — open to anyone who wants their wardrobe to feel more intentional, more visible, and easier to navigate.
